Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant

INPP (Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant) is located in Lithuania.

INPP has looked for a solution to monitor the water gas pipelines from the turbines. A system requirement was that the system should give an alarm and a position of the fault within 1 hour.

System
we have designed and delivered a monitoring system based on our Cable Radar 904 (today RedDetect X4) the system show the exact fault location in 3D and is made in a SCADA environment produced by VITI.

The system gives the alarm and position within 10 minutes!

Communication
The system communicates via signal cable.
